Phased renovation of a single family residence creativly adding a family room and full bath accessable to the rear yard by excavating under the existing structure. An unused attic was developed into a sleeping loft along with the addition of a roof deck, two spiral stairways, double sided fireplace and a vaulted master bed room with cantilevered window seat . Project included landscape design and custom leaded glass. ZivPotampa acted as the genral and landscape contractor.
