A lite 20'x20' building foot print minimized impact on the site while maximizing views. Energy efficient, fire resistant and low maintinence materials were used throught out including recycled steel industrial sash casement windows. Project included all site development, photo voltaic solar power system and lanscape elements. ZivPotampa acted as general contractor and produced all of the precast concrete window and door surrounds on site.. |
